Thavir

Prince Thavir of the Vinteralfen appears in 01 Stellarium of the Vinteralf, where he and his followers managed to fight the dragon Jokun to a temporary standstill after blinding it with the starsword Grugnir. Thavir and his men have gone into hibernation to heal, hoping to recover before Jokun's eyesight returns.

In 5e Dungeons & Dragons

Thavir is probably a "dragonborn," in terms of game stats, or maybe some kind of ice-themed tiefling. He's unquestionably a fighter-type but may have some eldritch powers of his own.
