Sir Jaradan

Sir Jaradan was marshal to Earl Robert of Salisbury. He trained many Salisburian knights, including Sir Carabad, Sir Pellandres, Sir Hervis, and Sir Emerause. At the Battle of Badon Hill he died in Sir Hervis's arms.

Sir Jaradan had strange ways to motivate knights! He insisted that bears were an under-appreciated threat to a manor's economic productivity and that the elimination of bears was the first act of proper stewardship.

Sir Hervis and several other Salisburian knights have constructed a tomb for Sir Jaradan, dedicated to Saint Ursula of the Bears.
