Sir Aelfric

Sir Aelfric is a Saxon knight in the service of the Steward of Levcomagus, and notorious for his deceit and arrogance.

Aelfric has frustrated the liegemen of Earl Robert of Salisbury, including Sir Emerouse and Sir Hervis, on several occasions beginning in 513 A.D. In 521, these Salisburian knights, in disguise, plundered Aelfric's manor in Claxton and made off with much of his wealth, having previously ransomed the Steward himself.
