"Seated in a throne-like chair of black iron, the sorcerer is muffled in dark robes that almost wholly conceal his gaunt, misshapen body. There is an air of tension about him, a sense of physical power that is only partially leashed."
The fleshcrafting sorcerer Panthalion is described as "skilled, but of a sinister mien, and not the sort to deal kindly with those who waste his time."
Panthalion has, in the past, sought subjects for his experiments in human physiognomy. He has had some measure of success in grafting additional muscle tissue, vital organs, and the like onto a living human frame; he claims that his procedures have few complications and only a modicum of fatalities.
More recently, Panthalion was able to recharge a wand of magic missiles (for a fee).
