Hi. I was at AnonyCon yesterday, and someone suggested I check this website out. I haven't spent that much time gaming in my life, but lately I'm getting more into it. I'm interested in sandbox-type games, but I've had easier luck finding d&d4 and pathfinder games open to me. I don't mind trying out other things.

In real life I'm writing a dissertation, and am obviously trying to avoid it.

Hey Lisa!

Both of the more regularly-scheduled games on the site- Quendalon's Glantri game and Tavis's "White Sandbox"- are open tables. Keep an eye on the scheduling threads, and just let them know you'd like to play. The more occasional games might be aimed at smaller, more predictable sets of players, but it's worth chiming in whenever you see something that catches your eye.

Also, be sure to check out the page for new players. Good luck on the dissertation- or avoiding it, whichever you like.
