After four sessions, the pool stands thus:

I'm assuming you took the other costs (henchmen and henchmen supplies, for instance) out of personal treasure before the party pool was established?

And just for reference: the previous treasure you had received in Session 3 was 26 CP which I believe was split up 5 CP for each of the 5 participants, plus the extra 1 CP going to Kenny.

(And yes, I do think it's kinda awesome in an unglamorous sort of way that we're keeping track of CP.)

Right. I didn't include that, I assumed it was pocketed by the PCs. Kalem's suggestion for a party pool was this last session.

Again correct, Emilio payed for the hireling outfits and payment personally. But the next one will have to come from the pool.

So, we should decide how we want to divide the 50gp (assuming we are able to sell the statue). The party pool is getting mighty low.

If I understood him correctly, Dragonfly said as long as he's fed (and I presume he meant to include housed) that he doesn't need his share of coin treasure. If this is correct, I propose feeding and housing him and putting the rest of his share into the pool, and giving his first choice of any magical treasure that he's capable of using, should we find any.

Until I hear otherwise, I'm just assuming that all coin goes into the party pool at the start of the next session, and all valuables remain unsold.

I'm fine with silver and copper automatically going into the pool, but we should probably divide electrum, gold and platinum among those who were present when they were acquired.

If we don't want to do accounting each trip, we can take shares every month based on the number of trips we each make, this will reward those who go more, but spread out the luck among them.

Or we can just take equal shares each six months or so and not worry about participation. Which is fine if we're getting along. :-)
