While I love the way wikidot's tagging system allows us to access whole categories of pages via the tag cloud, its utility is diluted by running multiple games on the same site. For instance, if I click on the "people" tag link, I'll get PCs and NPCs from every game ever run here — Glantri, White Box, Black Peaks, Pendragon, etc — which means that no matter what game I'm interested in, I'll have to sort out the relevant characters from a lot of dross.
Would it be useful to come up with a set of setting-specific tags to make the cloud more useful for players and DMs? Frex, Glantri characters might be tagged "glantri-PC" or "glantri-NPC" — or, if the group prefers, simply "glantri-character". Similar changes would apply to other tags like "location", "rules" and "treasure".
Would people find this useful in keeping track of pages for various games? Or do people find it more useful to have pages from different campaigns assembled in one place, so they can, frex, look at every campaign's PCs in a single list rather than looking through each campaign's characters individually?
