When I make a new wiki page I don't see how to add comments to it like with the Glantri intersession pages. Is there something I need to do to enable this or is it part of all pages' functionality?

The best way of figuring anything like that out is to look at the relevant page source (down by the page editing stuff, click on "+ Options"). I have to go look it up every time. But more to the point:

[[module Comments hideForm="true"]]

Just stick that at the bottom of your page.
