Fun session!

Using Roland and Martín's experimental mapping techniques we navigated to the sixth floor, re-discovered the skygate network that allows for fast travel within the dungeon, battled some nasty redcaps and wandering monstered our way into a meeting with the (surprisingly afffable) Earl Halfas!

Not unlike Malacoda, Halfas was open to breaking his lease on the prime material if the Company would complete one or more tasks (including recovering a broken mirror, defeating a terrifying infestation of demons on the tenth level and a field trip to the hells).

Lots of little lore tidbits and map discoveries (VERY poorly documented), and a minor magic ring recovered a long with two big bags of teeth (Martín is keeping the teeth… I don't know why).

Thanks to all the Erics who joined and glad to have Ven and Collin braving the depths with their first level characters!

Next session will be Wednesday June 17 at my place at 6:30pm. There will also be a Rockbar session in the West Village on Saturday June 20 at 3pm.
