  • Starships & Spacemen 2E - The Lucanii Drift. S&S is Star Trek TOS with the serial number filed off. The players are on a starship exploring a remote part of the galaxy in preparation for (Con)Federation colonists. Far from civilization, and help, the crew will have their hands full with deadly ancient artifacts, fantastic implausible beasts, wily green-skinned pirates, and the nemeses of all forward-thinking starfaring peoples, the Zangids! (Klingons, they're Klingons).
  • D&D Retroclone - LL or maybe ACKS - The Ghoul Lands. D&D Adventure in a hellish kingdom that worships an undead lord. Weird magics, cults, corruption, death knights, good times! Players can spark a revolt against the Ghoul King Lorrgan Makaar's hideous rule, join his ranks, or seek his secrets of immortality for themselves.
  • D&D Retroclone - LL or Adventures Dark & Deep - Castle of the Mad Archmage. Open-ended megadungeon delve. Straight-up dungeon crawl in the classic tradition. But there will be weird changes, because I just can't help myself.

If I can get at least four people interested in one of these, we can start in a couple of weeks.

We've been doing games most Sundays from 4pm-8pm at the Brooklyn Strategist and the games usually fully RSVP within a few days of posting. I usually post new games on Sundays around 9pm so insider tip… if you check the Meetup page on Sunday nights or Monday mornings, you should be able to RSVP no prob.

It's been a blast!

There is technically still one campaign active, the Marvel Super Heroes game that I run. It's currently on hiatus, as I have some personal stuff to deal with. But hopefully in the next few weeks I should be able to get that back up and running. There may be some scattered interest in other games, but nothing else has materialized.

As far as the DCC RPG NYC meetup, I believe it's run by someone with a connection to Redbox. And I believe naraoia mentioned playing with them.
