Black Condor

A flying super villain with lethal talons and great strength.

In SS04: "The Children's Crusade," the Black Condor stole the Fraxel Laser from Doctor Z and transported it to Professor Phobos, and then easily defeated Aerosolo in aerial combat.

In SS08: "When a Bird Loves a Bear," the Black Condor threatened the East Coast with nuclear annihilation unless the beautiful Ursa Negra was released from prison. Aerosolo escaped from a deathtrap, and with the help of the Starspanner, convinced Black Condor to back down from a stalemate.
