Awesome session - I really enjoyed the change of pace and unlikely swashbuckling! I think we need to get our heads around this new format a bit, but I really enjoy the idea of a split team and a long journey.
I'm working on a diagram of the barge. Quen, any chance we might be able to get a rough map of the larger region we're passing through (i.e. Glantri-> Blasted Lands ->Darokin -> Ocean -> Isle of Pearl?). Obviously nothing too exacting but maybe our charmed dwarf's best efforts at reading Hoak's charts and maps - landmark cities, major land features, etc. Would be good to be able to prepare ourselves somewhat.
There was a bunch of money (and one dwarf) flying around, so I’ve listed my balance sheet here…

1. I'd like to suggest to Quendalon that we somehow get Pritchard onto the boat. I feel it was a mistake based in part on expectations on voyage time and how long Hanna would be out, but bringing him back to the A-team fold for the rest of the journey would, in my opinion, greatly affect the happiness of the group at large. I know it would for me.
We could rule he's madly dashing down the roads on a horse or something, and caught up with the slower moving barge. Cousin Talinn could start trekking back up with my characters.
2. I took my one-session grace period (or so) to convert Riemenschneider to a fighter instead of a thief. Makes more sense for what I wanted.
3. I need to figure out which of my characters head north. Had to roll up a 4th because no one will be available for next session (B-team). I think Hop-Frog stays with the boat for the meat of the Broken Lands while Hanna is still not quite ready, while Riemenschneider heads north for B-team fun.
There is a fairly ready explanation for Pritchard to be in the south, involving a certain pointy shoe. He would have had an extra week to make his way that direction. But does he want to be on this, to all appearances, terminal voyage? It would make all sense not to.
