Summary
The party delved the fourth floor of the chateau. The confronted a massive, white, zombie lizard flanked by a coterie of shadows. Then they were attacked by magic-eating parasites in the fungus gardens of Li Feng. They finally confronted the undead sorceress Gwendoline d'Ambreville in her banquet hall, fending off both her formidable spells and her terrifying, hasted zombie army. They emerged victorious, but battered and beaten within an inch of their lives.
Losses and Loot
The party defeated a zombie giant albino lizard, eight shadows, two spelldrinkers, fifteen night goblins, twenty zombies and the magician-wight Gwendoline d'Ambreville. Treasure included a small fancy chair, an ornate helmet, several unusual gemstones, a brass wand of potion powdering, a box of illusion, a potion of plant fertilizer, a suit of child-sized leather +1, a suit of desert garb, a magical sailcloth, two dozen sets of gold and silver plates and flatware, a dagger +1, a periapt of proof against poison +2, a pair of gloves of lightning, the frame of Amelie's mirror, a scroll of minor globe of invulnerability and Gwendoline d'Ambreville's spellbook.
For foes defeated and treasure recovered, each PC received 1666gp and 520xp.
